• Images will be placed as per our graphic design dept discretion. A proof is recommended if you would like to see the layout before printing, otherwise we will not be responsible if you are not unhappy with the placement. The advantage of getting a proof is you can make changes on the fonts and color imprint. It is $10 to request a proof and another $5 for the succeeding proof requests.
• We cannot fix dark or grainy images. We are not responsible for poor printing if we receive images that are poor quality, dark, or are unclear.
• Email Photos: photo@favorsandflowers.com. Subject your email with the invoice number found on the left side of your receipt
  Photo requirements: photo should be 300 dpi approximately 4" width by 6-1/2" length.
  Photo will be printed as submitted. No retouching and cropping services available. There will be not set-up fees for these items .
• As soon as you submit the photo that is the only time we could start the 4-6 days processing time.
